Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services consist of day programs and supportive living programs.
Clients in our day programs have access to group activities, individual support, and mental health services.
Clients in the supportive living program receive support in maintaining independent living and have access to the day program.

What to expect.

This is a direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages the overall independence and wellbeing of your clients.

• Act as a residential counselor working one-on-one with clients to learn or regain skills for successful community and independent living and socialization.
• Ensure medication compliance, which involves responsibility for safety, dosage, and cleanliness.
• Work as a part of a collaborative service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation and attend clients’ medical appointments, offering advocacy services throughout and ensuring follow‑up instructions are documented and followed through.

As you spend time with your clients, you will develop a rapport and become part of their trusted support system. You will celebrate their wins as your own as they progress through the program.

All direct care staff will be thoroughly trained to provide all services and will receive supportive and ever‑present mentorship from senior staff members as they perform the requested duties.

• Your high school diploma or a GED. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• The willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required.
• A driver’s license with 3‑points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the program’s needs.
