• The Lead APP’s primary responsibility is to care for patients by building highly reliable, high performing APP clinicians who are part of the physician-APP team to produce effective outcomes for their patients and the organization.
• The Site Lead APP is responsible for providing leadership of all APP Hospitalist staff at a single hospital.

• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $68/hour to $76/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

• Emergency Department: ED Volume 45,000; ED Beds 48; ED Admission Rate 25%; EMR Epic; ED Ultrasound Program – Sonosite Titan;
  Glidescope;
  Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab;
  Stroke Center; CT available 24/7; MRI available during the day;
  Ultrasound available 24/7.
• Behavioral Health: 16-bed inpatient unit; 8-bed residential substance abuse program;
  Walk-in urgent care for non-life-threatening behavioral health issues.
• Observation Unit: 15 Beds;
  Average Daily Encounters 3;
  Length of stay ~23 hours.
