We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kings Langley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that’s committed to customer service, innovation, and growth.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the go-to contact for both trade and retail customers—handling enquiries by phone, email and in person, providing quotes, and taking orders. You’ll also play a key part in driving branch sales by actively promoting our products and services and seeking new business opportunities in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business
- Promoting Lords products and services across the local market
- Working as part of a supportive and energetic branch team

Hours:
7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Requirements
- At least 2 years’ sales experience in the building materials or builders merchants sector
- A well-established local customer base
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- A team mindset with a proactive and positive approach
- Comfortable using email, order systems, and basic IT tools
