Assistant Store Manager
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and make a positive impact. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing team skills through training, and recruiting new team members. You will also enforce company policies and perform operational duties.

Job Requirements:

At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
Our Total Rewards include:
Base pay $17.85 – $21.70 plus sales commission (final pay depends on experience)
