Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Scope)

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available for Day, Evening, Weekend, and occasional Night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications using Catalyst (eMAR).
• Order medications through Catalyst or by phone.
• Perform comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments.
• Communicate with the General Practitioner via phone or fax.
• Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including signs and symptoms, to the appropriate medical professional.
• Provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
• Respond effectively to behavioral needs.
• Administer injections as required.
