Our Langley-based client in the construction industry is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to join their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this is a newly created role responsible for leading the day-to-day accounting function across two related entities while managing a small team of accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the full month-end and year-end close process
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
  • Managing job costing, project billing, and related party reconciliations
  • Overseeing AP and AR functions and 3-way matching controls
  • Ensuring all CRA regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time
  • Partnering with construction and development teams on financial reporting
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a small accounting team
