The role

We are adding a customer service-oriented, results-driven Store Manager to our team in Langley, BC. This posting is for an existing vacancy. You will take ownership of the financial success, people management, administration, sales and service of your location. You will play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly, assisting our Regional Manager with the management and leadership of all aspects of the business and the execution of policies and procedures.

  • Administration. You will assist the Regional Manager in the overall development and execution of the strategic plan. You will support the data and reporting function, maintain our client database, order office supplies, and meet the overall needs of the store and office.
  • Support sales. You will drive collective efforts to exceed overall store sales performance targets. You will confirm rates, follow up on leads, and be aware of overdue agreements. You will ensure all equipment is secure, in good condition, and delivered on time.
