KLONDIKE manages a portfolio of more than 650 SKUs and sells exclusively through a distributor network of over 700 independent distributors across Canada and the United States. These distributors, in turn, serve a wide range of end markets including automotive, heavy-duty on-road and off-road, mining, forestry, agriculture, and industrial applications.

KLONDIKE does not sell directly to end users or mass merchandisers. This disciplined approach has allowed the company to build long-term, trust-based partnerships and consistently deliver profitable growth.

Building on its strong Canadian foundation, KLONDIKE is also in the early stages of expanding its presence in the United States. The Role
KLONDIKE Lubricants is seeking a high caliber Director of Finance to lead and further strengthen the company’s finance function as the business continues to scale in size, complexity, and ambition. This role represents a significant leadership opportunity for a hands‑on finance professional who is ready to operate at a senior level today, with a clear runway to take on broader responsibility over time.

The Director of Finance will play a central role in ensuring financial discipline, reliability, and insight across the organization, while remaining deeply involved in the day‑to‑day financial operations of the business. This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for a finance leader who takes ownership, values precision, and understands the importance of strong fundamentals in enabling sustainable growth. The Director of Finance will also be supported by, and work collaboratively with, the Private Equity CFO, providing an additional layer of experience, perspective, and mentorship as the business continues to scale.
