• Perform walk around and check in vehicles in CDK
• Re-locate customer vehicles around the lot
• Check in loaner vehicle returns, clean and gas them as required
• Help with lot manager and staff when required.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.

• Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
