Serve as the primary owner of Sunday service execution and programming.
Translate service vision into clear plans, timelines, and responsibilities.
Coordinate all elements of the Sunday gathering including worship, transitions, and environments.
Provide on-site leadership and decision making during Sunday services.
Support and coordinate worship rehearsals and weekly preparation.
Ensure worship team members are scheduled, prepared, and communicated with clearly.
Support volunteer readiness related to Sunday services.
Identify gaps or breakdowns in Sunday execution and proactively address them.
Partner with the Lead Pastor to ensure services are spiritually intentional, well paced, and cohesive.
Additional Responsbilities Support physical setup and teardown needs related to Sunday gatherings.
Assist with planning for special services including baptisms, communion, and seasonal gatherings.
Maintain healthy planning rhythms that allow teams to prepare in advance.
Support communication between worship, tech, and service related teams.
Contribute to a culture of preparation, excellence, and unity on Sundays.
Purpose of the Music Director: The role of the Service Programming Director is to support the mission of Centre Point Church by ensuring Sunday gatherings are prepared, coordinated, and executed with clarity and care so that leaders, volunteers, and attendees can fully engage in worship and spiritual formation.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of involvement in a local church.
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online software.
Proficiency in music with an ability to sing or play an instrument
Ability to create, coordinate and lead a worship experience with a team.
