We have an immediate requirement for the following key role / position:

Title:
Accounting / HR Coordinator

  • This position is Monday – Friday (in house) 8:00 – 4:30 with a 1 hour lunch period, based out of our Langley head office.
  • Candidates must be able to consistently and reliably commute to our primary business location.
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • At the hiring manager’s discretion, the successful candidate must be willing to submit to and pass a criminal record check.

Required skillsets/4 key competency areas:
Administrative:

  • Microsoft office – all functions including email, meetings etc.
  • Intermediate excel, outlook & word skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Accounting:

  • Previous payroll and benefits administration experience (ceridian preferred).
  • Accounts receivable, accounts payable experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is an asset.
  • Experience with global shop erp/accounting software is an asset.
  • Verifiable certifications in accounting and hr platforms preferred.

Human resources:

  • Experience in new hire onboarding and orientations.
  • Time tracking and time-off scheduling experience.
  • Working knowledge of performance management and review processes.
  • Has or has interest in pursuing a chrp designation desirable.

4. Interpersonal:

  • Co-operative & collaborative interaction with co-workers.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and detail oriented by nature.
  • Develop and maintain excellent employee/customer/vendor relationships.
  • Reliable, mature, professional, and accountable to the duties of the position.
  • Open to procedural changes and new processes as deemed necessary for the improvement of the business.
  • Enthusiastic willingness to learn and grow their current skillset.
  • Friendly, affable, naturally curious, can-do+will-do attitude.

Remuneration & compensation:
Pazmac offers a competitive salary based upon skills and experience.

Annual bonuses are awarded based on financial margins performance.

We offer a fully comprehensive benefits and rrsp package, along with 3 weeks’ annual vacation to start.
