You are customer service focused, enjoy working with people, and have excellent communication skills. You work well in a team, have a secret (or not so secret) love of the Victoria Royals, and are proud to wear and promote the team swag!

As the Team Store Associate, you’ll use your talents and retail experience to help our customers find the right style and fit to help them “Roar their Royals’ Roar” for the Victoria Royals team store. Working on game days at our Save-on Foods Memorial Centre or any day at our Westshore Town Centre location, you’ll stock and organize merchandise, help our fans find the right gear, manage the point-of-sale terminal, and be an ambassador for the team.

In this exciting role, you may also have the opportunity to attend community and other public events to represent the team.

Ideally, you have experience working in retail, love the Victoria Royals, and have both a high level of energy and a high degree of personal and professional accountability.
