A nonprofit organization in British Columbia is seeking a Board Member for Organizational Assessment & Readiness. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in organizational assessments, with a focus on practical execution and board-level judgment. This role will initially demand significant hands-on involvement and is expected to evolve into a governance-focused position. Commitment includes approximately 10 hours per week initially and 4 hours per month for ongoing board participation.
