You are an expert in all things beauty, guiding clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. It’s not just about the product; it’s about making a client’s day through teaching, inspiring, and playing, together. You’ll love working with diverse teams and leaders who care about your growth.

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Deliver customized services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming, inclusive environment, handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals during events.

• 1‑3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge of trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The compensation ranges between CAD $20.85 – CAD $25.45/hr
