As Site Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through close‑out. You are responsible for trade coordination, safety compliance, quality control, scheduling discipline, and professional site leadership. This role requires strong field presence, structured documentation, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

• Lead daily site planning, coordination, and safety aligned with WorkSafeBC
• Update schedules bi‑weekly and run weekly field meetings
• Manage inspections, deficiencies, and turnover documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation in Procore (RFIs, COs, timecards, cost codes)
• Communicate proactively with clients and resolve issues within 24 hours
• Mentor crews and uphold Rolling Tides' site standards

• 3 or more years in a construction leadership role (Foreperson, Assistant Superintendent, Site Supervisor, etc.)
• Red Seal Carpenter certification (required)
• Proven experience in scheduling, QC/inspections, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong client communication and leadership skills
• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license
• Multi‑family experience considered an asset

• Full‑time, permanent employment
• Pay: CAD $42.00 to CAD $44.00 per hour, based on experience
• Quarterly performance bonus tied to schedule, budget, documentation accuracy, relationships, and professional development
• Company vehicle + gas card
• $80/month cell phone allowance
• Benefits after 3‑month probation
• Paid sick leave (up to 40 hours annually)
