Maintain inventory levels for assigned departments and ensure proper stock rotation and accuracy;
Receive shipments from vendors and inspect condition of materials for discrepancies or damage;
Enter receipts, issues, and item updates into the inventory management system;
Deliver supplies and equipment to departments via scheduled and emergency requests;
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth receiving and delivery operations;
Support resolution of inventory discrepancies.
