Travel Job Title System Director – Peri-Operative Services & Infusion

Role Overview The System Director is responsible for leading and overseeing operations for:
Peri-Operative Services (Pre-op, Intra-op, Post-op) Operating Room (OR) Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Central Sterile Cath Lab Infusion Services Surgical services (Inpatient & Outpatient) This is a system-level leadership role covering two campuses:
Riverton Lander The director will divide time between both locations based on patient and organizational needs. Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Operational Leadership Plan, organize, and direct department operations Oversee clinical & non-clinical staff Ensure smooth patient transitions:
Preoperative Intraoperative Postoperative 2️⃣ Clinical Oversight Direct clinical practice standards Ensure quality and compliance Serve as interdisciplinary resource across hospital departments 3️⃣ Staff Development Educate and mentor staff Develop leadership within departments Manage work environment and culture 4️⃣ Financial & Administrative Budget control Resource allocation System-wide coordination 5️⃣ Additional Other duties as assigned
