System Director – Peri-Operative Services & Infusion
🏥 Role OverviewThe System Director is responsible for leading and overseeing operations for:
- Peri-Operative Services (Pre-op, Intra-op, Post-op)
- Operating Room (OR)
- Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Central Sterile
- Cath Lab
- Infusion Services
- Surgical services (Inpatient & Outpatient)
This is a system-level leadership role covering two campuses:
- Riverton
- Lander
The director will divide time between both locations based on patient and organizational needs.
🎯 Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Operational Leadership- Plan, organize, and direct department operations
- Oversee clinical & non-clinical staff
- Ensure smooth patient transitions:
- Preoperative
- Intraoperative
- Postoperative
- Direct clinical practice standards
- Ensure quality and compliance
- Serve as interdisciplinary resource across hospital departments
- Educate and mentor staff
- Develop leadership within departments
- Manage work environment and culture
- Budget control
- Resource allocation
- System-wide coordination
- Other duties as assigned
- Active Wyoming RN License OR Multi-State RN License
- Must be attached to resume
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
(All certifications must be attached to submission)
- Minimum 5 years recent Director-level OR/Surgical Leadership experience
- Monday – Friday
- Hours vary based on department needs
- ❌ No weekends
- ❌ No on-call
- WY or Multi-State RN License copy
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
- 5+ years Director OR experience clearly listed
