What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care in an acute care setting by:

* Performing comprehensive patient assessments

* Developing and implementing individualized plans of care

* Administering medications and treatments per policy and provider orders

* Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the care team

* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care and discharge planning

* Supporting patients and families throughout their care journey

* Promoting patient safety and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

* Active RN license (state or compact)

* ADN required; BSN preferred

* BLS required; additional certifications per facility policy

* Acute care experience preferred

* Nurses who bring professionalism, compassion, and strong clinical judgment
