Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Wyoming, requiring a WY or compact RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Obstetrics (OB) unit of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week assignment on a Women's Services unit
- Care for laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility to qualify for travel rate
- Electronic timekeeping system used for clocking in and out
- No previous employment gaps exceeding 90 days in the last year accepted
- Time off requests must comply with assignment guidelines and approval process
- Required to follow facility compliance and documentation protocols
- Active WY or compact state RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current BLS certification (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted)
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment; renewals must be completed prior to start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Full US Social Security Number required for consideration
- Must not currently hold any permanent position at any location with the health system
