This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at our facility in Lander, WY. The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction for nursing services, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance standards, mentoring and developing nursing staff, and collaborating with other leaders to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in healthcare management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Solid background in nursing practices, patient safety, and evidence-based care strategies
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred; valid RN license in Wyoming
• Proven experience in progressive nursing leadership roles
