Description of the role
Village Caregiving - Lander is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join their home care team in Lander, WY. The RN will visit clients' homes to document medical history, conduct health assessments, and develop personalized care plans for caregivers. The nurse is also requested on occasion to train new caregivers. The schedule for the position is flexible. Pay for this position is $60/hour for up to 2 hours per client assessment.
Responsibilities
- Visiting clients' homes to document medical history
- Conducting health assessments
- Developing personalized care plans for caregivers
- Training of new caregivers
- Valid RN license in Wyoming
- Previous experience in home care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Competitive compensation: $60.00 per hour paid semi-monthly
