Job Overview

Associate Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, full‑time, located at 115 Valley View Dr, Lander, WY. Work with an established Financial Advisor to serve clients, grow the branch, and positively impact communities.

• Gather information and collect suitability to understand clients’ needs, priorities and concerns to create personalized strategies.
• Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover assets, address emerging concerns, and adjust strategies.
• Partner with professional team members (attorneys, accountants, trust officers) to fully understand client goals and circumstances.
• Research portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with the FA and branch team to align and adjust branch business plan to increase effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses for referrals and new business.
• Coordinate with the FA to assist in creating new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and understand legal & regulatory requirements related to selling financial solutions.
• Critical thinker, problem solver, and sound judgment to provide solutions to personalized investment issues.
• Resiliency and adaptability in a nimble learning environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills.

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained during the assigned study period.
• At least 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
• FINRA licenses required within three months. State insurance licenses required.
• Commit to all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and required training to maintain license in good standing.

Hiring Minimum: $61,800.00 – Hiring Maximum: $65,600.00. Opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress.
