• Provide adaptability as a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, supporting our members when they need it most.
• Be a problem solver, a people person, and an ambassador for the RAC, staying calm under pressure and delivering quality craft.
• Read situations to determine the right fix, support each member, and keep everyone moving on-site or at the roadside.

• Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Typically around 40 hours per week, with roster published seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A full UK driving licence
• A customer-focused approach
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and be open to travel with overnight stays if necessary

• Competitive base pay: £48,720 per year, with potential to earn up to £54,000 including bonuses and overtime
