Lift Installation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Installation Mechanic to join our team in Guernsey. The focus is on safely installing a portfolio of elevator and escalator units while upholding safety, quality and efficiency.

• Install new elevators with quality and efficiency, following all safety and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
• Stay overnight on site as required.
• Liaise directly with the customer to build a strong working relationship.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑installation inspections to ensure high quality and safety standards.

• Qualified mechanical technician with knowledge of elevator equipment and ability to apply elevator engineering principles.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum 6 months of elevator experience, preferably in assembly, on‑site or installation.
• Good electrical and mechanical skills, comfortable with plan reading and calculations.
• Appreciation for technical products, new technologies and manual trades.
