A leading technology-driven company in the UK is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a new Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with Solutions Architects to document current processes and create new operating procedures. This role is a fixed-term contract for 16 months, where you’ll help define critical business processes. The position requires working in Lancaster for 2 days weekly, with the rest being remote.
Strong experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is preferred.
