Vacancy Details

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our group Manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at the most senior levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and executive managers, delivering and presenting HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and implement complex organisational change, ensuring engagement and successful outcomes.
  • Manage Industrial Relations at a strategic level, building strong, collaborative relationships with Trade Unions and employee reps and leading negotiations.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and workforce issues in a unionised environment.
  • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to drive cultural and business performance.
  • Line manage and develop a HR Business Partner, fostering capability and growth.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Extensive HR experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Strong background and knowledge of Industrial Relations and proven success in Trade Union engagement and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver change and strategic HR initiatives and instill passion.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and executive teams.
  • Digital fluency and adeptness in leveraging data to inform compelling stories and strategies.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
