Position Summary

We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join the team at The Reeds based in Lancaster, LA1 5QQ
.

Salary and Hours
: 24 hours weekly at £12.60 per hour.

What You’ll Do
  • Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently and help them move toward independent accommodation.
  • Assist with medication administration, community access, and domestic tasks.
  • Enhance clients’ quality of life with a positive attitude and genuine care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate documentation.

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
