At SEND Inclusion Support, we’re offering passionate educators the chance to step away from the rigid demands of traditional schooling and into a role that is purpose‑led, flexible, and deeply rewarding.

Through our Nurture Pathway, you’ll work as a Nurture Teacher, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs who are currently out of school. You’ll design and deliver bespoke, interest‑led sessions that build confidence, re‑engage learners, and prepare them for re‑integration—on their terms.

Our approach prioritises relationships first. We believe that with the right connection, curriculum can follow. We work 1:1, at the pace of the student, blending creativity, empathy and structure to bring learning to life.

We are now expanding our service to support students in the local area. Referrals include a wide range of needs—from students on the verge of exclusion, to those with complex SEND or severe school‑based anxiety.
