Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an enthusiastic Health & Social Care Lecturer for a Further Education College in Lancashire. This is a full‑time temporary role that will start as soon as possible and continue until the end of March, with potential for extension.

• Deliver Health & Social Care BTEC & T Levels
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum requirements
• Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support
• Prepare learners for coursework, assignments, and external assessments
• Maintain accurate records in line with college policies
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
• Relevant Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 minimum Degree preferred)
• Experience teaching in a Further Education setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the Health & Social Care curriculum
