A local support organization is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant in Lancaster to work part-time with a teenage boy. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuroaffirmative practice and a commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals. Responsibilities include promoting autonomy and emotional safety, and connecting through shared activities, particularly in outdoor settings. The position offers an hourly rate of £12.21 plus paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
