SEN Teacher - Transform Lives Through Specialist Education Bolton, Greater Manchester Full-Time Permanent

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in the Bolton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a nurturing, well-supported setting that prioritises individual progress, emotional wellbeing, and inclusive education.

About the Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs.
  • Support students with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Create a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families, and external professionals.
  • Monitor, assess, and celebrate individual progress.
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans.
Who We're Looking For
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
  • Have experience working with children with SEND (school or specialist provision).
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a therapeutic, child-centred approach.
  • Be patient, adaptable, and solution-focused.
  • Have a genuine passion for inclusive education.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

Early Career Teachers with relevant SEN experience are encouraged to apply.
