Passionate about teaching modern foreign languages? Join our team as an MFL Teacher in Lancaster! We are currently hiring for a full-time position starting in April.
As an MFL Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the exciting world of languages. You will deliver engaging and interactive lessons, fostering a love for French, Spanish, and/or German in our students.
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of language acquisition and the ability to create an immersive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in modern foreign languages (French and/or Spanish and/or German) that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment that promotes a love of language learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide language learning initiatives.
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of French, Spanish, and/or German
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Experience working with students of varying abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
