Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary School, Lancaster (LA1)

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in education? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Lancaster.

• Full-time role starting as soon as vetting checks are complete
• Hands-on experience supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Career development opportunities through CPD training

You will work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support in English and Maths, helping children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to achieve their academic targets. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, delivering sessions, and feeding back on pupil progress.

• A degree in a core subject
• A genuine interest in starting a career in education
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential – full training provided
