What you'll do- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist classroom learning and access to the curriculum
- Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or trauma
- Patience, resilience, and a calm, supportive approach
- Experience in SEMH, PRU, or with Autism/ADHD
- Team Teach or behaviour management training
- Full‑time, term‑time role
