From helping Year 3 students transition into the junior department to guiding Year 6 through their final primary year, you will lead a classroom where critical thinking is encouraged and academic confidence is built. • Plan and deliver high-quality, challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum (Years 3-6).
• Prepare pupils for statutory assessments (SATs) while maintaining a focus on their emotional wellbeing.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that caters to a wide range of abilities and needs.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that foster mutual respect and a love for learning.
• Use data-driven insights to identify learning gaps and provide targeted interventions.
• Lead and inspire classroom support staff to ensure every child receives the help they need.
• Engage in the wider life of the school, including local history projects and extra-curricular clubs.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong subject knowledge across core and foundation subjects.
• Ability to use "Assessment for Learning" to drive student outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
