Join Our Team as an Architectural Technologist

We’re seeking a technically minded, motivated, and collaborative Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in the heart of Lancaster.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience working on commercial or conservation projects
• CIAT accreditation
• Proven experience managing works onsite in the UK from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Experience using NBS Chorus specification system on a range of works
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Ability to work to a high standard independently and as part of a collaborative project team
• Working knowledge of the Principal Designer role and construction site safety
