We're looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Experience Specialist to manage customer accounts, deliver outstanding service, and make every interaction memorable. You'll also support sales initiatives, product launches, and represent us at events.

• Respond to customer enquiries and monitor job progress
• Onboard new accounts and build strong relationships
• Resolve issues, escalations and share customer feedback
