About Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through new business development while maximising opportunities within existing accounts.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams, you will:
* Research new markets and identify sales opportunities
* Generate, manage, and convert sales leads
* Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations
* Meet clients face-to-face and attend networking events and industry conferences
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
* Support and mentor sales colleagues where required
This is a varied, hands-on role where your contribution will directly influence the success and future direction of the business.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced sales or business development professional with a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering year-on-year growth.
You’ll bring:
* Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
* Confidence, professionalism, and a personable approach
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
A full UK driving licence is essential, along with a proactive and adaptable mindset. An understanding of data privacy, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Equality, and Diversity policies is important, and the successful candidate must be able to pass a DBS check.
