This Position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

In this role, you will oversee Warehouse operations and contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.

This position is based at ABB's Regional Distribution Center in Lancaster, TX and is 100% onsite.

• Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, equipment, and facility utilization while supervising daily warehouse and shipping operations to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Develops and maintains work procedures, departmental instructions, and training programs to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Leads HSE alignment with third party logistic providers, conducts risk assessments, ensures proper safety equipment, and guides incident investigations.
• Supports leadership in reporting progress on all operational objectives while recommending technical and facility improvements to enhance safety and performance.

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Shipping & Receiving, Internal Logistics, Inventory, Material Handling and/or Distribution Operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to build relationships, speak/present effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees comprised of various levels of personnel, from senior executives to facility personnel.

• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
