Have a strong background in data analytics, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, communication, transportation operations, and adherence to Walmart values. Specific duties include:
- Collecting and analyzing data to influence business decisions, ensuring data quality, and implementing technology changes.
- Applying environmental policies and evaluating air, water and waste pollution to support regulatory compliance and audits.
- Performing root cause analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and applying process improvement tools.
- Managing safety inspections, maintaining first‑aid equipment, and responding to incidents.
- Protecting assets through surveillance, access control, loss prevention reporting, and investigative activities.
- Delivering training programs and supporting learning life cycles.
- Assessing risks, generating reports, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Managing transportation compliance, vehicle safety, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Building inclusive teams, fostering belonging, and aligning with Walmart’s ethical and regenerative objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety or Asset Protection, Security within Supply Chain or Retail.
• Will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Loss Prevention Certified (LPC) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of investigative or asset protection experience in a retail or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and One Drive.
