$800-$1,100/week | Flag Rate + Weekly Guarantee

Our shop is under new management and we're building a team of skilled technicians who take pride in quality work. We need a mechanic who can diagnose accurately, repair efficiently, and maintain high standards—someone who doesn't just throw parts at problems.

• Perform comprehensive repairs: brakes, exhaust systems, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and general automotive service
• Diagnose problems accurately using proper diagnostic procedures and tools
• Complete repairs correctly the first time
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Mentor junior technicians when applicable

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on automotive repair experience
• Strong working knowledge of engines, brakes, electrical systems, and diagnostics
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools and major equipment provided)

• Experience with Meineke services (brakes, exhaust, maintenance work)
• ASE certifications (or willingness to pursue them)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer communication skills

• Flag rate system with weekly guarantee
• $800-$1,200 per week based on skill level and productivity
• You earn more when you're efficient, but you're protected during slow periods

• Saturday: 8AM-5PM
