Compensation: $20 / Hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Site or Hybrid: On-Site

An Addison Group client is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative
!
- Make 30+ outbound cold calls per day to active and prospective customers
- Sell directly over the phone (not just lead qualification)
- Work from existing customer lists of 1,500+ contacts
- Log activity, notes, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Learn full-cycle inside sales from an experienced sales professional
- Follow up on warm leads and reactivation opportunities
- Build confidence, objection-handling, and closing skills
- High School Diploma required (college coursework a plus)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Outgoing, competitive, and motivated personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Pay:
