We are seeking a Business Development Executive who has a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies and building relationships. This candidate is responsible for growing our census by developing referral business within their assigned territory.

• Promote Ultimate’s programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.
• Establish a public relations program for interpretation of the agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of referral sources; this includes pre and post call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing.

• Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills required.
• Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self‑motivated.
