Position Description

Lancaster, TX 75134.

• Hourly Pay $22.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.50 shift premium
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Automated Guided Vehicles

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more related warehouse experience
• Two (2) years or more powered industrial lift experience
• Read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Input data into computer system(s) in use
• Work overtime as assigned
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to operate and be self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
• Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) and maintain them (battery change, recognize common mechanical issues) (advanced level)
• May be required to operate manual and/or automated other warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line) (intermediate level) preferred
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred
• Safety sensitive position
• Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery

• Provide corrective maintenance to AGV units that have stopped or are not working as expected.
• Manually override or complete the job the AGV unit failed to complete.
• Track issues/repairs and utilize escalation process.
• Be aware of and follow location and work center safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to perform other warehouse functions.
• May be required to train others in various warehouse functions, including safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipment.
