Batch and stage kits and verify ingredients against batch sheets according to product recipes;
Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance Technician on analytical results and adjust batches as needed (e.g., Brix, Acid, pH, color);
Document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations;
Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIP's, foaming equipment and hand brushing);
Operate forklift to load/move ingredients following safety procedures
