PM Mechanic – Niagara Bottling

Location:

LANCASTER, Pennsylvania

Manufacturing – Food and Beverage Services

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
  • Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment as required.
  • Lubricate, diagnose and operate equipment.
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs safely and on schedule.
  • Complete required daily paperwork; document parts and material usage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Provide backup to production line workers.
  • Understand and follow plant safety rules; use PPE where required.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in a PM mechanic position.
  • No experience managing people or projects required.

Additional Requirements

  • Can lift up to 50 lb.
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS, including HMI, work orders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Provide own tools (except in California).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience in a PM mechanic position.
  • 2 years of experience managing people or projects.
Education & Certifications
  • Minimum
    :
    High School Diploma.
  • Preferred
    :
    Associate’s Degree in Vocational Training related to Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Pneumatics; or technical school certification.
