Why did the customer contact us?Customer reached out to DSS to repair the reader for the main car entrance gate.
Solutions providedCustomer reached out to DSS to repair the reader for the main car entrance gate. We urgently responded to this request as the gate was on a timer and would open automatically, posing a threat to their security. We were able to troubleshoot the issue and determined that we needed to pull new wire out to the gate. We insured the gate worked properly with the client.
