Position: Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
BAR Constructors, Inc., a prominent heavy-civil municipal general contractor, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our developing teams in North and Central Texas. Primary

Responsibilities Include:

* Quantity Take-Off

* Material Procurement

* Submittal Review

* Produce Requests For Information (RFI)

* Planning & Coordinating field operations to meet schedule needs

* Vendor and Sub-Contractor coordination

* Coordinate and Log deliveries

* Cost, Production, & Schedule Review

* Field Quality Control

* Maintaining As-Builts

* Assist in Scheduling

* Assist in Application for Payment

* Assist in Change Order Pricing

Job Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Water / Wastewater construction projects.

* Four-year degree in Construction Science or Engineering or related experience preferred

* Ability to read Construction Plans and Specifications

* Experience with Earthworks, Concrete Placement, Pipe Laying, Water Processing Equipment is preferred.

* Ability to commit to a goal

* Ability to learn quickly

* Ability to work with a team
