Your Responsibilities:As an Automotive Mechanic / L-1 Master Technician, you will:
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs with precision and care.
- Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and translate them into actionable recommendations for customers.
- Honestly assess vehicles and create detailed estimates for necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the causes and solutions for their vehicle concerns.
- Address customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Conduct thorough courtesy inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA) to master your craft.

We seek energetic and upbeat technicians who:
- Have a positive attitude and a passion for serving customers.
- Are solution-oriented and eager to tackle tough problems.
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience with ASE certification.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicles.
- Strong skills in diagnostics and driveability issues.
- Willingness to flag 60+ hours per week.
- Quickly master factory scan tools.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
